This is a troubleshooting job. We monitor accounts for alerts and respond to service requests when something happens. I love that we have the opportunity to learn various aspects of the technology. You don’t just focus on one aspect of the IT world – the apprenticeship is structured to give you wider exposure. We also have many resources to get knowledge including presentations, reading, using documentation, and just asking and talking things over with mentors. This company has so many paths you can choose, and ways to grow.
