I enjoy this role helping people at client companies with network issues that come up. I investigate the issue and get back with solutions. I like that every day is new; I see something new, learn something new. I started at Atrion a few years ago with a mentor learning on-the-job as a field technician in training. Now I’m at the Support Center where I don’t see or touch the equipment, but I can visualize it because I have been the field. Atrion is a great learning environment– you can turn around and get a second opinion and share knowledge with others.
